FOR THE SELLER - We know that you've invested time and money into your property and you expect to get top dollar. We want to help and here is how.

Marketing: Upon listing your property we create a Complete Market Analysis (CMA), perform weekly market evaluations and develop a marketing plan. We employ clearly defined and unique branding that represents quality and true value. With our magazine ads, website and our direct mailings of brochures and postcards we are clearly distinguishable from our competitors. We hire professional marketing and media specialists to photograph and video our properties and to create online virtual tours and high quality prints insuring your property the best showings. All advertising is paid up front by J&R Global Realty. We spend thousands of dollars to advertise and market you property because we believe that every property deserves proper exposure. If you should decide not to sell your property than we are out the advertising expense.That sets us

 

apart from other realtors who pass on these charges.

Pre-Qualified Buyer. We don’t want to bring a buyer qualified for $150,000 to a $300,000 or $400,000 house.

 

FOR THE BUYER - We want to make sure that the real estate transaction is smooth and that is why we do all the leg work for the you.

1. When buying a home you first need to qualify for a mortgage.
2. You must find the right home for you .
3. You need a title company to close the deal

We interview you, the buyer: Are we going to be a “match”? What are your needs? What are your preferences? One or two story homes? Do you like ranches or do you like colonials? What is your style? We research area statistics such as crime, schools, demographics on home owner in area which helps you to know if an area just looks good or is it an area that you would feel apart of the community.

All of this matters. That is why we pray about each client asking God to guide us to the right home for you. Usually one of the first five homes that we show is the one that best fits.
